In addition, the Company announces that on the same date 936,600 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "SIP Shares", and together with the EBT Shares, the "New Ordinary Shares") will be issued and allotted by the Company to the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan for nominal value, for the purpose of making awards under the share incentive plan. Applications have been made for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange (together "Admission").
