                           Supplementary Prospectus                            

Pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, 88 Energy Limited (ASX:
88E; AIM: 88E) ("88 Energy" or "the Company") would like to advise that it has
lodged a Supplementary Prospectus in relation to an offer of up to 1,000 listed
Options (exercisable at $0.02 each on or before 2 March 2018) at an issue price
of $0.001 per Option to raise up to $1.00. The Supplementary Prospectus has
been issued for for the purpose of removing any trading restrictions on the
Listed Options to be issued to brokers and advisors without disclosure after
the date of the Prospectus lodged 16 February 2015.
