Notice is hereby given that the 2016 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held at the offices of Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services (Guernsey) Limited, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands on 26 September 2016 at 11.15am.

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders on 14 April 2016 and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, is available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism which is located at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
