Announcement on partial release of charge
Arsenal Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it has today received
notification from Daniel Fiszman and Stan Kroenke (both of whom are directors
of the Company) that on 28 July 2009 Daniel Fiszman released from the charge
granted to him on 27 March 2009 by KSE, UK, Inc., a company controlled by Stan
Kroenke, 1,250 of the ordinary shares of £1 each in the capital of the Company
("Shares") which were subject to the charge. Following the partial release of
the charge, 3,750 Shares legally and beneficially owned by KSE, UK, Inc. remain
subject to the charge.
There is no change to the number of voting rights in the Company held by Daniel
Fiszman and Stan Kroenke as a result of the release of the charge. The number
of voting rights held therefore remain 10,025 (16.1%) in the case of Daniel
Fiszman and 17,787 (28.58%) in the case of Stan Kroenke.
