QUESTER VCT PLC
RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Directors of Quester VCT plc ('VCT1') announce that the resolution proposed
to effect the merger, by way of a Scheme of Arrangement, with Quester VCT 2 plc
('VCT2') and Quester VCT 3 plc ('VCT3') at the Annual General Meeting held
yesterday was duly passed.
As part of the Scheme, VCT2 has issued one 5 pence share to VCT1 and VCT3 has
issued one 1 pence share to VCT1. Application will be made for these shares to
be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on
the London Stock Exchange. Admission is expected to become effective on 17 June
2005.
Subject to approval of the Scheme at the Court hearing scheduled for 28 June
2005, it is expected that the effective date of the merger will be 29 June
2005, at which time a further announcement, to include information on the
Formula Asset Value calculations, will be made.
