Notifiable Interests
Further to the Company's recent announcement of a decrease in its issued share
capital to 86,830,192 Ordinary Shares, the Company received notice on 2
December 2008 in compliance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules from
Aberforth Partners LLP confirming that its holding of 20,451,277 Ordinary
Shares now represents 23.55% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Aberforth Partners is interested in 17,780,577 of the voting rights of these
Ordinary Shares representing 20.48% of the issued share capital of the Company.
