                        Re. Agreement with Rolls Royce                         

Avingtrans' subsidiary, C & H Precision Finishers Ltd., is pleased to announce
the signing of a 3 year Agreement for the Supply of Goods and Work to Rolls
Royce plc.

The Agreement, effective from 1st January 2006, includes the precision
polishing of turbine and compressor blades and vanes for a variety of Rolls
Royce aero engines.
