The Company announces that copies of its 2012 Annual Report and Accounts,
Notice of Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 9 January 2013 have been
submitted to the FSA and those documents will be available for inspection at
the National Storage Mechanism which is located at
http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The above documents can also be downloaded from the Company's website at
www.bee-plc.com.

At the Annual General Meeting due to be held on Wednesday 9 January 2013, it is
proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association. A summary of the
proposed changes is set out in the explanatory notes which accompany the Notice
of Annual General Meeting 2013 and which are available on the Company's website
at www.bee-plc.com.
