Net Asset Value(s)

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the
Ordinary Shares at 30 November 2009 was 100.11p per share.

The net asset value is stated before deducting the second interim dividend of
4.5p per share which will go ex-dividend on 9 December 2009 and will be paid on
30 December 2009.
