MERGING OF STOCK LINES

On 12 September 2008 the Group announced the placing of 7,878,788 new Ordinary
Shares of 5p each raising £13.0 million before expenses for the Group.
The new Ordinary Shares issued ranked pari passu in all respects with the
existing Ordinary Shares save that they did not rank for the final dividend of
1.5p per Ordinary Share in respect of the year ended 30 April 2008, payable on
31 October 2008.
On passing of the record date on 17 October 2008 the new Ordinary Shares,
issued in relation to the placing, will now merge with the existing Ordinary
Shares with effect from commencement of trading the 20 October 2008 and will
trade under the Group's existing ISIN and SEDOL numbers:
