                          Block Listing Cancellation                           

Bellway p.l.c. currently has 594,190 Ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each block
listed under The Bellway p.l.c. (1995) Employee Share Option Scheme. All
options under this scheme have now been exercised and this share option scheme
has now closed. As a result the block listing associated with this scheme has
been cancelled. No allotments have been made under this scheme since the last
block listing return was released on 9 December 2014.
