                          Results of the Tender Offer                          

GBP Tender Price

Further to the announcement made on 1 April 2009 in respect of the tender price
of 465.18 cents per share it is now confirmed that the GBP price will be 316.12
pence per share based on an exchange rate of 1.4715.

It is expected that payment will be made to shareholders on 6 April 2009.
