The Throgmorton Trust PLC is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board
of Mr. E. St. C. Stobart, FCA, with effect from 11 November 2004. Mr. Stobart,
56, has spent his career in the City of London and has extensive experience of
financial and investment markets. He was successively a corporate finance
Director, Group Finance Director and Chief Executive of Hill Samuel Bank, and
latterly Director of Public Policy and Regulation for Lloyds TSB Group plc. He
is currently a non-executive director of MJ Gleeson Group plc, Falcon Property
Trust and CMGL Syndicate Management. He is also Chairman of the Investment
Review Panel of the Lloyds TSB Group Pension Scheme.
Also on 11 November 2004 Mr. Richard Bernays will become Deputy Chairman with a
view to succeeding Lord Stewartby as Chairman after the next Annual General
Meeting.
There are no details in respect of Mr. Stobart requiring disclosure under
paragraphs 6.F.2(b) to (g) of the UKLA Listing Rules.
