1 July 2008:-

BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited has been appointed as Investment
Manager and Company Secretary in place of AXA Framlington Investment Management
Limited.

The registered office of the Company has been changed to 33 King William
Street, London EC4R 9AS.
