Change in Directorate

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms Jane Lewis will be appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company following the Annual General Meeting to be held today. Ms Lewis will also serve as a member of the Company’s Audit & Management Engagement Committee.

Ms Lewis is an investment trust specialist who, until August 2013, was a Director of Corporate Finance and Broking at Winterflood Investment Trusts. Prior to this she worked at Henderson Global Investors and Gartmore Investment Management Limited in investment trust business development and at West LB Panmure as an investment trust broker. Ms Lewis has a BA and an LLB and also holds the Securities Institute Diploma and the Investment Management Certificate. She is a non-executive director of Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc, Phaunos Timber Fund Limited, F&C Capital and Income Investment Trust plc and The Scottish Investment Trust plc.

Ms Lewis does not have any interest in the ordinary shares of the Company at the present time.

There are no further details or disclosures required under Listing Rule 9.6.13R in respect of Ms Lewis.
