of business on 16 June 2015 were:

323.96p   Capital only (undiluted) 
333.18p   Including current year income (undiluted) 

Notes: 

1.  Revenue items included in net asset value, with dividends payable deducted 
on the ex-dividend date.

2.  The undiluted net asset value per share has been calculated on 177,287,242 
ordinary shares excluding 15,724,600 held in treasury.

3.  For the latest daily net asset value, previous month end performance 
statistics, asset allocation and ten largest holdings of the BlackRock
