UNDILUTED NAV at 09 April 2010.

Blue Planet Investment Advisers Ltd announces that at close of business on the
09 April 2010 the unaudited undiluted Net Asset Value (Cum-income) for the
above trusts, was 130.20 pence per unit. Investment values are calculated using
BID prices.

This is equivalent to 13.02 pence per share for each of the ten identical
trusts.

DILUTED NAV at 09 April 2010.

Blue Planet Investment Advisers Ltd announces that at close of business on the
09 April 2010 the unaudited diluted Net Asset Value (Cum-income) for the above
trusts, was 125.50 pence per unit. Investment values are calculated using BID
prices.

This is equivalent to 12.55 pence per share for each of the ten identical
trusts.

The closing share price at BID on the London Stock Exchange on that date was
94.50 pence per unit.

A unit comprises ten shares, one share in each of the Blue Planet Financials
Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos 1-10.
