Exercise of Options and Sale of Shares
On 15 April 2013, the Company was notified that on 12 April 2013 the following
Directors* and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
`PDMRs', had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the 2010 Bodycote Investment Plan at an
exercise price of £5.1425 per share.
The Company has also been notified on 15 April 2013 that the following
Directors* and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") sold
ordinary shares of 17 3/11p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The sales price
was £5.03 per share.
