Directors' and PDMRs' share interests
Richard Scholes, senior independent non-executive director, notified the
company that he has today bought 1,250 shares at 290.97p per share. Mr Scholes'
beneficial interests in Bodycote shares now total 20,000 shares.
The Company has also been notified today that the trustees of the Bodycote
International plc Employee Benefit Trust (`the Trust') had allocated 5,528
additional ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company pursuant to the rules of the
Deferred Restricted Stock Bonus and the Short Term Stock Bonus Plans for the
benefit of the following directors and PDMRs. The allocation of shares in the
Trust takes into account the 2006 interim dividend paid on the ordinary share
capital on 5 January 2007 and in respect of which the Trust has waived dividend
entitlement. The additional and total number of shares now allocated to each
director or PDMR in each plan is shown in the two tables below:
