Standard Life notify voting rights of 14.03%

Standard Life Investments Limited notified the Company on 13 December 2010 that
as at 10 December 2010 it held voting rights in respect of 26,642,666 shares of
Bodycote plc representing 14.03% of the voting rights in Bodycote's issued
share capital (previously 13.03% on 30 November 2010).
