Capita Share Ownership Plan (the "Trust") - Capita IRG Trustees Limited (the
"Trustee")

A purchase was made on 9 June 2014 of 21,601 Ordinary shares in the Company by
the Trustee of the Trust at a price of £11.47 per share for the purpose of
satisfying the purchase of Ordinary shares by eligible employees who have
elected to join the Capita Share Ownership Plan, including executive directors
and persons discharging managerial responsibilities who are therefore potential
beneficiaries under the Trust.

Capita Dividend Reinvestment Plan

A purchase was made on 4 June 2014 of 208 Ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of £11.009945 per share for the purpose of satisfying the purchase of
Ordinary shares by eligible shareholders who have elected to reinvest the
dividend received on their shares.
