Pre-close Trading Update - Monday 3 December 2007               

The Capita Group Plc, the UK's leading Business Process Outsourcer and provider
of integrated professional support services, will be announcing a trading
update on Monday 3 December 2007, before entering a closed period in respect of
its preliminary results for the year to 31 December 2007.

Paul Pindar, Chief Executive, will host a conference call for investors and
analysts at 9.00am, following the trading update.
