The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 457,961 ordinary shares in the
Company on 28th June 2010 at a price of 766.96p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 9,634,269 shares in Treasury and
has 617,843,426 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
