Issue of Equity
Cubus Lux plc, the AIM listed Croatian leisure and tourism company, announces
that on 11 February 2008, it issued 220,000 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for cash, at a price of 17p per share,
raising £37,400 for the Company. This issue has been made to satisfy excess
demand for the subscription that was described in the Company's recent
admission document dated 14 January 2008, at the same price as the
subscription. The closing middle market price on Friday 8 February 2008 was
18p.
Application has been made for the 220,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 15 February 2007. Following the
placing, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 102,264,089.
