The Company was notified on 8 December 2006 that, in accordance with section
198 Companies Act 1985, Darlington Portfolio Nominees Limited, account DPN, has
an interest in 8,583,144 ordinary shares representing 4.82 per cent. of the
issued share capital.

The Company has 178,191,426 ordinary shares in issue.
