Result of Annual General Meeting
Following the Annual General Meeting held yesterday, the Company is pleased to
announce that shareholders passed all resolutions except resolution four which
was withdrawn.
Board Changes
The Company has announced the retirement of Sir Terence Harrison. The Chairman,
Pratt Thompson has subsequently also decided to retire and therefore did not
offer himself for re-election at the Annual General Meeting.
Mr George Stevens has joined to the Board with immediate effect and has been
appointed as Chairman of the Company. Mr Stevens on behalf of himself and his
wife holds 1,778,110 Ordinary 1p shares representing 9.8% of the share capital.
He does not hold any other Company directorships.
There are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule
9.6.13 (1) - (6).
