BFS Income & Growth Trust PLC have today notified the Company that as a result
of a sale of 250,000 Ordinary 25p shares on 5 July 2005, they now hold a total
of 383,000 Ordinary 25p shares in the Company, representing 2.43% of the issued
class of capital.
