The company was notified on 2nd June that the Morgan Stanley group of
companies, through its subsidiary Morgan Stanley Securities Limited, now hold a
notifiable interest in 2,842,536 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
representing 3.36% of the total shares in issue.
