DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST

The Company was notified on 27th January 2005 by Mellon HBV Alternative
Strategies LLC ('HBV') that the funds managed by HBV cumulatively held
2,472,243 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company, representing approximately
2.92% of the outstanding share capital; and therefore no longer have a
notifiable interest in the Company.
