   Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial    
                  Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person                  

The Company received notification on 25 November 2009 that the Sten Mortstedt
family trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of
the Company, purchased 12,358 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 454.80 pence and 452.375 pence (an
average price of 452.839 pence) per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary
Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust,
is 25,380,768 Ordinary Shares (52.85%).
