                            Director's Shareholding                            

In accordance with paragraph 16.13 of the Listing Rules the Company announces
that on 14 April 2004 Dan Bäverstam, a director of the Company, sold 12,450
ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of
305 pence per share. Mr Bäverstam has made it known, as indicated in a previous
announcement dated 1 April 2004, that he intends to exercise options to
purchase a further 60,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in the
near future.

Mr Bäverstam is currently interested in 16,259 ordinary shares of 25 pence each
in the capital of the Company.
