                      Notification of Preliminary Results                      

Concurrent Technologies Plc, a leading manufacturer of high-end embedded
computer products for critical applications in the defence, transportation,
communications and industrial markets, will announce its preliminary results
for the year to 31st December 2005, on Monday 6th March 2006.

A results presentation will take place at 10.30am at the offices of Brewin
Dolphin Securities Ltd, 5 Giltspur Street, London EC1A 9BD.
