CONROY RAISES £594,000 THROUGH
PLACING AT 4P PER SHARE
Conroy Diamonds and Gold P.l.c (CDG) is pleased to announce that a resolution
authorising the directors to allot securities was passed at the EGM held today.
Due to demand, a further 2,350,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.03 each have been
placed at 4p per share. Making a total placing of 14,850,000 Ordinary Shares,
raising £594,000 (€859,000) gross.
Dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence on AIM on April
18, 2006.
