                            Disclosure of Dealings                             

The Company announces that Richard Bernstein, a director and principal
shareholder of Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited ("Crystal
Amber Asset Management"), which is investment manager to the Company, and a
member of Crystal Amber Advisers (UK) LLP, which is investment adviser to the
Company, yesterday sold 220,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of
the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.39 per cent. of the voting
share capital of the Company to Crystal Amber Asset Management. The transaction
was effected at a price of 117p per share.

Following the sale, Mr Bernstein now holds a total of 610,000 Ordinary Shares,
equivalent to 1.07 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.

Following the purchase, Crystal Amber Asset Management now holds a total of
1,630,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.85 per cent. of the voting share
capital of the Company.
