                            Disclosure of Dealings                             

The Company announces that Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited
("Crystal Amber Asset Management"), which is investment manager to the Company
yesterday purchased 1,260,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of
the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 1.65 per cent. of the voting
share capital of the Company from Richard Bernstein, a director and principal
shareholder of Crystal Amber Asset Management and a member of Crystal Amber
Advisers (UK) LLP, which is investment adviser to the Company. The transaction
was effected at a price of 138p per share.

Following the purchase, Crystal Amber Asset Management now holds a total of
3,490,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.57 per cent. of the voting share
capital of the Company.

Following the sale, Mr Bernstein now holds a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares,
equivalent to 0.01 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
