In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules, the Company was informed on 20th April 2007, by certain
directors of the Company, of the following interests in the issued voting share
capital of the Company:

Alpha 200 Holdings Limited is wholly owned by the Sherborne Trust, a
discretionary trust of which C. W. Ahlefeldt-Laurvig a non-executive director
of the company is a beneficiary

As P.A. Barrett and E.S. Syba are married the holding of the other is deemed to
be part of their own giving a combined shareholding of 16,047,694 or 25.87% of
the issued voting share capital.

On the 12th March 2007 the company was informed that UBS Global Asset
Management Life Limited is interested in 2,831,870 issued ordinary shares in
the company, representing 4.57% of the issued voting share capital.
