Landmark figure of one million panellists reached. Current year revenue and 
operating profits ahead of expectations

At the Annual General Meeting of ToLuna, the leading European independent
provider of online panel and technology services to the market research
industry, the following statement will be made by George Kynoch, Chairman,

"At this first AGM of the Company since listing, I am pleased to report that
ToLuna has now reached the landmark figure of 1,000,000 panellists across our
13 country European panel."

"As we see the move to conducting market research online accelerating in
Europe, the management's focus on combining our strong panel with proprietary
technology is translating into rapid growth in revenue and operating profits. I
am further pleased to report that in the first four months of 2006, both
revenue and operating profits are ahead of anticipated figures."

Frédéric-Charles Petit, Group Chief Executive, will also make the following
statement.

"The Company will continue its focus on profitable growth by developing its
high quality panel and technology solutions. Reaching 1,000,000 panellists just
one year after our listing on AIM is only the first stage in that strategy."
