                             KSS Fuels Contract win                              

Eurovestech is delighted to announce an important contract win at its
wholly-owned subsidiary, KSS Fuels Limited ("KSS Fuels"), the leading global
provider of price management and optimisation solutions to the fuel retail and
oil and gas wholesale industries. 

The contract, with a significant US retailer, is to implement the PriceNet
fuels pricing software and related analytics along with consulting services and
has a value in excess of $2 million.

Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive of Eurovestech, commented: "The scale of
