Directors' shareholdings
Eurovestech announces the following share dealings by directors of the Company
on 29 September 2010:
Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive, purchased a total of 1,250,000 ordinary
shares of the Company, equivalent to 0.38 per cent. of the issued voting share
capital, at a price of 12.25 pence per share.
Jean-Michel Petit, Director of Investments, purchased a total of 163,265
ordinary shares of the Company, equivalent to 0.05 per cent. of the issued
voting share capital, at a price of 12.25 pence per share.
Richard Grogan, Chairman, sold a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of the
Company, equivalent to 0.30 per cent. of the issued voting share capital, at a
price of 12 25 pence per share.
Following these share transactions:
Mr Bernstein now holds a total of 31,500,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to
9.53 per cent. of the issued voting share capital.
Mr Petit now holds a total of 521,236 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.16 per
cent. of the issued voting share capital.
Mr Grogan now holds a total of 2,035,019 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.62
per cent. of the issued voting share capital.
