Eurovestech was notified on 23 January 2008 that, following a purchase on 18
January 2008 of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"),
equivalent to 0.94 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company,
INVESCO plc holds 86,400,819 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 27.12 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company.
