The Company has been notified in accordance with the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules that on 22 February 2007 Advance UK Trust Plc held, in the
name of Nortrust Nominees Limited, 12,525,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
Eurovestech, equivalent to 3.98 per cent of the issued voting share capital of
the Company.
