                              Holdings in Company                              

The Company was notified yesterday that, following a purchase of 350,000
ordinary shares in the Company, Advance UK Trust plc now holds 9,475,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in Eurovestech, registered in the name of Nortrust
Nominees Limited a/c AUK01, representing 3.02 per cent of the issued share
capital of the Company.
