The Company has been notified in accordance with the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules that on 20 March 2007 SVM Asset Management Limited and SVM
Global Plc held, on behalf of their clients, 67,823,810 ordinary shares of 1p
each in Eurovestech, equivalent to 21.56 per cent of the issued voting share
capital of the Company. The shares are held in the names of Nortrust Nominees,
HSBC Nominees and BNY (OCS) Nominees.
