Exercise of Options

The Company announces that, following the exercise yesterday of certain options
by directors of the Company, it has issued, conditional on admission, 2,750,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has exercised
options over 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 2.75p per share.
Following the issue, Mr Bernstein will hold a total of 30,250,000 Ordinary
Shares, equivalent to 8.7 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company,
as enlarged by the total number of shares being issued.

Quentin Solt, Non-executive Director of the Company, has exercised options over
750,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 1.88p per share and 1,000,000
Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 2.75p per share. Following the issue,
Mr Solt will hold a total of 3,275,019 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.94 per
cent. of the voting share capital of the Company, as enlarged by the total
number of shares being issued.

Charity Shares

Further to the announcement yesterday, the Company has issued 500,000 new
ordinary shares in the issued share capital of Eurovestech (the "Charity
Shares") as follows;

Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive of the Company, has paid £5,000 to
facilitate their issue, representing the nominal value of these shares of 1
pence per share.

Application has been made for the 3,250,000 shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 29 March 2010. Following the issue
of these shares, the Company will have 347,772,801 Ordinary Shares in issue.
