KSS Retail wins major multi-million dollar contract and signs strategic
alliance with dunnhumby USA, LLC
Eurovestech is pleased to report that its wholly-owned portfolio company, KSS
Retail Ltd. ("KSS Retail") has received a licensing contract from a major US
retailer with a multi-million dollar value. This contract was received in
conjunction with the signing of a long term strategic alliance with dunnhumby
USA, LLC ("dunnhumby"), an international leader in building sales and brand
value for consumer goods and retail companies, to use KSS Retail's PriceStrat
solution for price modelling and optimisation.
The alliance will enable dunnhumby to provide price modelling and optimisation
focused on the behaviour and needs of different customer segments to its
existing and future clients in North America and elsewhere. dunnhumby is a
joint venture between The Kroger Company and London-based dunnhumby Limited, a
subsidiary of Tesco plc.
