Sale of ToLuna plc Shares

                         Placing of ToLuna plc shares                          

On 6 November 2006 Eurovestech's broker, Cenkos Securities Limited, placed
2,440,000 ToLuna plc ("ToLuna") shares at 185p, equivalent to 6.79 per cent. of
the issued share capital of ToLuna, realising £4.5 million after costs.

Following this transaction Eurovestech holds 18,035,300 shares, equivalent to
50.22 per cent. of ToLuna's issued share capital.

At the closing price of ToLuna on 6 November 2006, Eurovestech's residual
holding is valued at £34.6 million.

Following the placing of 2,245,000 ToLuna shares on 29 June 2006, which
realised £2.9 million, Eurovestech has now realised a total of £7.4 million
from its holding in ToLuna. This is a significant return over the book cost of
£2 million, which is Eurovestech's total cost of investment in ToLuna.

On 13 September ToLuna reported strong growth in revenue and profits in the
first half of 2006 and continued strong growth in the second half.
