Transaction in Own Shares

                           Acquisition of own shares                           

The Company announces that on 18 June 2010, it acquired 350,000 ordinary shares
in the capital of Eurovestech at a price of 13 pence per share and 500,000
shares at 13.5 pence per share for cancellation under the share buyback
programme (the "Cancellation"). Following the Cancellation, the Company will
have a total of 330,250,000 ordinary shares in issue.
