Reminder of Final Subscription Date

     REMINDER OF FINAL SUBSCRIPTION DATE IN RESPECT OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

The Company has sent a letter to the holders of Subscription Shares (the
"Letter") reminding them that each Subscription Share confers the right (but
not the obligation) to subscribe for one Ordinary Share at a fixed price of
191p (a "Subscription Right") on the last business day of each month up to and
including 31 May 2013 (the "Final Subscription Date"). 

The Letter is being sent to Subscription Shareholders in accordance with the
conditions of their issue and should not be construed as a recommendation to
Subscription Shareholders to exercise their Subscription Rights. 

Details of the procedure for exercising Subscription Rights are set out in the
Letter.

Information in this announcement should be read in conjunction with the full
text of the prospectus in respect of the bonus issue of Subscription Shares
published by the Company on 5 February 2010 (the "Prospectus"). Capitalised
terms used in this announcement shall, unless the context otherwise requires,
bear the meaning given to them in the Prospectus.
