Fidelity China Special Situations PLC

 

The Company announces the issue of 1,500,000 ordinary shares at 101.5p per
ordinary share on 22 July 2010, each fully paid under its block listing
facility.

The issued share capital will be 472,500,000 and the number of voting rights
will be 472,500,000

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
                                
Following this issue the Company has the ability to issue 33,499,999 ordinary
shares under its block listing facility.
