Change of Investment Policy

Publication of Circular

The Company has today published a circular (the "Circular") to Shareholders
detailing the Board's recommendation to change the Company's investment policy
to permit the use of contracts for difference for gearing purposes. An ordinary
resolution to approve the changes to the investment policy will be proposed at
a general meeting of the Company to be held immediately following the Company's
annual general meeting to be held at 12 noon on 18 May 2011, notice of which is
set out in the Circular.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and
will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
